PCSC has ten board members and three independent directors who serve three-year terms and are selected according to company provisions as detailed in Article 198. The chairman of the board represents the company to the public, chairs the shareholder meetings and board meetings, and executes the affairs of the corporation according to applicable laws, regulations, and resolutions of shareholder and board meetings.

Kao, Chin-Yen	Chairman	(Representative of Kao Chuan Co. Ltd.) Mr. Kao holds Honorary Ph.D. degrees from Lincoln University, Sun Yat-Sen University, and Cheng Kung University. Also he is currently the chairman of several other companies, including Uni-President Enterprises Corp., Ton Yi Industrial Corp.
Lin, Chang-Sheng	Director	(Representative of Uni-President Enterprises Corp.) Mr. Lin holds a bachelor degree from Cheng Kung University, and is also the CEO of Uni-President Enterprises Corp., the chairman of President Pharmaceutical Corp., President Coffee Corp., and President Transnet Corp....etc.
Lin, Lung-Yi	Director	(Representative of Uni-President Enterprises Corp.) Mr. Lin holds a bachelor degree from Cheng Kung University. Also he is currently the president of Uni-President Enterprises Corp., and the chairman of President Organics, Co. and Uni-President Dream parks Corp.
Lo, Chin-Hsieh	Director	(Representative of Uni-President Enterprises Corp.) Mr. Lo holds a MBA degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and he is the executive vice president of Uni-President Enterprises Corp., and the chairman of Pcyber.com. Co., Ltd., President Packaging Corp., and Uni-President Food Corp.
