Convenience Store Consumer Survey

To understand consumer preferences and provide products and services that better meet their needs, President Chain Store Corporation sent out the “Convenience Store Consumer Survey” to President Chain Store Corporation members who made a purchase in 2023. The question "How would you rate your satisfaction with your most recent in-store shopping experience?" was included, with 89.05% of all valid questionnaires responded "satisfied (4 point)" or "very satisfied (5 point)". We will continue to conduct surveys on consumers to better understand their preferences and needs in the future.

 

In 2024, the satisfaction survey methodology was optimized in accordance with company policy, changing to a biennial survey cycle. Therefore, the 2024 target and survey results utilize the data collected in 2023. The revised satisfaction survey was implemented in June 2025.
