“President Chain Store Corporation Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct” strictly prohibits political donations or engagement with political parties and organizations for commercial gain or business advantage. From 2015 to 2025, the Company made no monetary contributions or expenditures related to political campaigns, parties, lobbyists, or political activities. In 2025, the only expenditures were membership fees for food safety and corporate sustainability-related industry associations.

1.In 2025, we hosted 126 partnership meetings with fresh food manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and equipment providers to enhance communication and integration within the supply chain. Stakeholder engagement included communication with government agencies, research institutions, and industry participants.
2.In 2025, we also facilitated third-party exchanges among industry, government, and academia, including agencies such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Administration.
3.In 2025, we also supported raw material quality and food safety management, including reviewing ingredient specifications and test reports, onboarding and upgrading new suppliers, and assisting in product labeling reviews.
4.We established rice and noodle laboratories and formulated quality specifications for rice and fresh noodles. These include standards for the percentage of intact rice grains and physical properties of cooked rice, such as hardness, viscosity, and elasticity, as well as physical property standards for cooked noodles, such as hardness, chewiness, and elasticity. Regular sampling tests and biweekly rice and noodle sensory evaluations are conducted to ensure the quality and stability of rice and noodle products.
5.We engaged domestic and overseas professionals for exchanges and guidance on new processes, technologies, and certifications. In 2025, we organized the Intermediate Cooking and Rice Cooking Appraiser Certification offered by the Japan Society of Rice Taste Appraisers to enhance employees’ professional capabilities.
Taiwan Business Council for Sustainable Development(BCSD) BCSD Taiwan is a non-profit organization and the only partner of WBCSD in Taiwan. The purpose of the organization is to assist Taiwanese companies in developing sustainable strategies regarding aspects such as climate change, energy, greenhouse gas inventory, ESG risk management, etc., as well as incorporating standards, management tools and emerging sustainability-related issues of the international market and research institutions in the field of sustainability. The scope of topics include biodiversity, climate change and energy, greenhouse gas inventory, CDP questionnaire, corporate ESG risk management, non-financial information disclosure, natural and social capital, as well as sustainable finance. Together, the two markets engaged more than 10,000 stores. For the first time, the Company also organized a series of in-person lights-off experience events across three locations in Taiwan. The campaign mobilized 7-ELEVEN stores in Taiwan and the Philippines, affiliated companies, supplier partners, public welfare organizations, and more than 540 corporate brands, with approximately 15,000 locations participating. Food safety

President Chain Store Corporation is dedicated to improving the quality of ready-to-eat foods and creating a high-quality, safe, and sustainable food supply chain. The following are the contributions made through policy engagement activities:

  • Taiwan Delica Foods Development Association: As a founding member of the Taiwan Delica Foods Development Association (serving as chair since 2010), the Company convened fresh food factories, raw material suppliers, equipment providers, and other supply chain partners in 2025 to hold 126 fresh food supply chain collaboration, integration, and communication meetings. These meetings promoted multi-stakeholder dialogue involving government agencies, research institutions, and industry participants. The Company also facilitated third-party collaboration across government, industry, and academia to promote food safety initiatives, including ongoing dialogue with public agencies such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare (local Departments of Health), Ministry of Agriculture (Agriculture and Food Agency, Department of Animal Industry, and Fisheries Agency), and the Environmental Protection Administration (local Departments of Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety and Health Administration). In addition, the Company helped strengthen raw material quality and food safety management by reviewing raw material specifications and test reports, guiding new raw material suppliers in onboarding and improving their food safety management mechanisms, and assisting in product labeling reviews. The Company also established rice and noodle laboratories, formulated quality specifications for rice and fresh noodles, and developed physical property standards for cooked rice and noodles.
